Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color
• Changing your mind
• No longer needing the item

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase through your Shopify order confirmation, if the cancellation option is still available.

After the 1-hour window has passed, your order may already be in production and can no longer be canceled.

Order Changes

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, color, or made another mistake, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

Please email us using the contact email listed on our Shopify store and include:

• Your order number
• The change you would like to make

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
