Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Stitch It With Cass! Every sweater is custom embroidered just for you, which means each order is made with care and attention to detail before it ships.

Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Rush Order Processing

Need your order sooner? Add our Rush Order Fee to your purchase.

Each Rush Order Fee covers up to 2 sweaters only.
Rush orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
If your order contains more than 2 sweaters, an additional Rush Order Fee must be purchased for every additional set of up to 2 sweaters.
- Example:
  - 1–2 sweaters = 1 Rush Order Fee
  - 3–4 sweaters = 2 Rush Order Fees
  - 5–6 sweaters = 3 Rush Order Fees

If the appropriate number of Rush Order Fees is not purchased, your order will be processed under our standard 3–5 business day processing time.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through USPS. Shipping transit times are determined by USPS and begin once your package has been shipped.

Please note that shipping times provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Stitch It With Cass is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been accepted by USPS, Stitch It With Cass is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. If an issue occurs during transit, please contact USPS directly using your tracking information.
